DAY 9. FIVE MINUTES.

Today is our 9 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for 5 minutes. Yesterday we added to our conscious suitcase a practice of observing our reactions. From today I recommend you in any situation and when you already have your inner reaction, take a deep breath three times and be calm for 5 minutes, doing nothing. A deep breath will earth/ground you to the moment here and now, and refocus your attention, 5 minutes of silence will reduce the desire to react emotionally. On the one side, this is a very simple practice, but on the other side, this is very difficult to fulfill for emotional people, proactive people, and people guided by ego. But I believe that you will cope and after some months, years, or decades (it depends on you and only on you) you will master this process.
