DAY 7. SPORT.

Today is our 7 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Sport. I suppose everybody knows how sport is useful for your mind, body, and soul. That’s great if you are already running, swimming, hiking, stretching, doing physical exercises, etc. But in case if not, just begin. Better to begin with physical exercises, very simple and primitive. But the very important thing in all practices is to do it regularly, every single day without days off, increasing the quantity and quality.


Month of Conscious Life

As a reminder ) According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention benefits of physical activity are as follows:

  • Improves your brain health.

  • Manages weight.

  • Reduces risks of different diseases (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, infectious disease).

  • Strengthens your bones and muscles.

  • Improves your ability to do everyday activities.


Besides, sport boosts your mood, improves your daily sleep, cultivates creativity, delays the onset of dementia, and enhances your sense of self.


Make sport your daily routine and enjoy this process.
