Today is our 5 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Food. I don’t ask you not to eat fish or meat, honestly, I do eat. I think this is a very intimate decision of each person whether to eat meat and fish or not, to become vegetarian or vegan, or not. But, what I ask you and what I recommend to you is to minimize and better stop consuming sugar and gluten. I did not eat sugar and gluten for two years, and I felt myself healthier. Of course, at that time I continued to eat natural sugar in fruits and gluten/sugar-free desserts that were very tasty. When I entered one of the International spirituality school/society I was told from the very beginning to minimize sugar and gluten and then to stop consumption for a long period. To go through your spiritual path, you need to prepare your body for it. The healthier your body is, the easier this journey will be.

Besides, the obvious advantages of such practice, such as weight management, cleansing your skin, and improving metabolism and digestion system, this minimization can lower risks of certain health issues (such as obesity, heart disease, and metabolic disorders), helps regulate your blood sugar, improves your oral health.
So please try to minimize sugar and gluten consumption and look to the result. But, as usual, do not do it spontaneously, do everything step by step, not to pressure your mind and body.
