Today is our 4 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Water. To be healthy we need to drink water, not tea or coffee, juice or some other liquid, but pure water. There is a concept that a person should drink at least 2 liters of water per day. But I can tell that it depends on you: your organism, your weight and height, your habits. If you drank before only one glass of water per day and today you would like to drink two liters, it’s not a good idea, as your body is not ready. Your body needs time to be used to this process and to do it every single day. While drinking water you need to be satisfied with this process, but not to pressure yourself to stick to some measures. Each person is unique, each organism is a complicated inner Universe and you need time to adapt to a new process and understand what is good, particularly for you. So, please, step by step begin to drink more pure water each single day and observe the reactions of your body and mind.

According to Harvard research, the benefits of drinking water are as follows:
Carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells.
Flushing bacteria from your bladder.
Aiding digestion.
Preventing constipation.
Normalizing blood pressure.
Protecting organs.
Regulation of body temperature.
From my side, I would like also to add skin cleansing and rejuvenation, feeling lightness in the body, and eating less.
