DAY 24. SHAKE YOUR BODY.

Today is our 24 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Shaking your body. The lovelies and the greatest technique for clarifying your mind, energizing your body, shifting attention from negative thoughts and fears to your body, resetting and recharging yourself. So you stand up, spread your legs at your shoulder's level, take three deep breaths, and begin to shake your body as much as you feel and as you can. The only one limitation is – don’t do it if you have problems with your spine, neck, or back. But remember you don’t need to make your body feel pain you need to make your body and your mind feel liberation and freedom.
