Today is our 17 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Book therapy.
Books not only make people more intelligent and educated, happier and balanced but also change their mindsets and lives, upgrade their level of consciousness, cultivate their creativity and imagination, evolve their Higher Self, and cherish their wisdom. But besides, books can heal your body, mind, and soul. I would like to propose you to read at least one book each month. You can choose books that you would like to read or join to #readwithyuliia initiative to read books together.
According to one article in The New Yorker “After the First World War, traumatized soldiers returning home from the front were often prescribed a course of reading. Later in the century, bibliotherapy was used in hospitals and libraries, and has more recently been taken up by psychologists, social and aged-care workers, and doctors as a viable mode of therapy”.

Our book for November is Irvin Yalom’s “When Nietzsche Wept”.
Irvin Yalom is an American existential psychiatrist, professor of psychiatry at Stanford University, psychotherapist, and writer. Now he is 92 years old, but he continues actively working, writing books, and sharing his experience with society.
“When Nietzsche Wept” reflects a story about famous philosopher existentialist Friedrich Nietzsche intertwined with such personalities as Austrian physician Josef Breuer, young Sigmund Freud, and Lou Salome.
Shift your consciousness by reading books.
I wish you good luck in your small journey.
