DAY 16. CONSCIOUS BREATH.

Today is our 16 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Conscious breath. This is that very moment when you are ready to embark deeply on your stillness and silence. So sit down comfortably, close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and begin to observe the inflow and outflow of your breath. While observing your breath use the mantra SO HUM (Sanskrit) which is translated like I AM. This is the most powerful mantra and prayer in the world. So, just repeat it mentally when thoughts appear in your head. Practice for five minutes. Be thankful for your true essence.
