DAY 14. EMOTIONS.

Today is our 14 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Emotions. Emotions could be negative and positive and we should go through all of them. But the more we wake up, the more conscious we become, the more we are centered inside our bodies being in a “0” position. It doesn’t mean that you don’t have emotions, it just means that you transferred your emotions into feeling, and in a state of feeling there are no positive or negative emotions, they are just as they are and you don’t react to them because you are balanced. When we have extremely negative emotions we can quickly go into a state of depression, that’s why people are perusing positive emotions and try to avoid the negative ones. But look at yourself when you have extremely positive emotions, you are in the mode of euphoria that is energy-consuming in the same way as negative once. That’s why in Buddhism is so important to be centered and balanced – this is the inner state when you don’t lose your energy. So, from today I propose you observe your emotions and your reactions to particular emotions. Make notes during the day and then reflect.

If you begin to think “Oh my Gog, that’s so much work every day and it’s not easy. I don’t have time for all of this”. Yes, you are right to shift your consciousness and to live a conscious life it’s not an easy deal and not a one-day trip. And of course, it’s your choice to be or not to be. But I believe that your Souls will guide you and help you )
