DAY 11. MEDITATION. BODY OBSERVATION.

Today is our 11 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Meditation "Body observation". You have already known and have had an experience of deep breaths and simple meditation, today I would like to propose you sit down in a quiet place, close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and observe your body. Observe not by physical eyes but by your inner eyes – your fillings. How your heart, your leaver, your stomach react, how react other organs and systems. Don’t imagine, try to feel. Don’t try too hard, not to overtry it. Be in a very relaxed state studying to feel and hear your body. And remember there is no right or wrong way, this is your experience of your inner communication. You can't manage and build efficient and lifelong communications with the outer world if you can't first do it in your inner world.
