DAY 10. NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

Today is our 10 Day of the “Month of Conscious Life”. And this is the day for Negative thoughts. This practice is very similar to observing your reactions. So, from today please observe your negative thoughts. Don’t overstress yourself with obsessive control, but just observe.

  • When it/they occurs/occur?

  • What happened before?

  • What were the stimuli for this particular negative thought?

  • Is this thought ruminating?

  • For how long do you have this thought?

  • Is it a real thread?

  • What is the probability of happening this in real life?

  • Do I need to be anxious about it?

  • Do I need to spend time and energy on something that only potentially can happen in the future?


Month of Conscious Life

You take a deep breath, observe your breathing, and let it go, you do not need it. If you can’t do it, after a deep breath just refocus your attention to something else.


That’s not an easy deal especially if you have anxiety, but practicing will help. Doing nothing will not.
