Writer, Storyteller, Content Creator
While writing was a part of my profession
as I have been working in Marketing Communications for more than 15 years, since 2022 when I fled to Germany writing became an instrument for communications with my Higher Self, the Creator (God), and society. That was how this blog appeared. Here I share my experience, knowledge, and ideas about authenticity, uncertainty, creativity, and communications, as well as mental health through the prism of my inner journey.

As I am curious and a player, I tried new media and tools, that were video creation and Artificial Intelligence. I was inspired by how I could create and show more, and transfer more energy and potential through videos and AI. So, now I am fully making my videos from idea, and filming to postproduction.
Brand Content Specialist, REHAU DE, 2022-till now
LEAD OF CSR PROJECT.
Developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to integrate business and art, showcasing the benefits of cultural engagement, building bridges between young emerging artists and brand (business). Curated sponsorships of three film festivals: Social World Film Festival (Italy), Borderlines Film Festival (the UK), and Austin Film Festival (the USA). Created compelling content for Facebook and Instagram. Conducted 40 interviews and created two image videos for brand awareness and engagement, one of which reached more then 190K views.

Marketing Communications Manager, REHAU UA, 2015-2023
EVENT MANAGEMENT.
Organised over 100 marketing events (from idea to implementation, working alone as well as with agencies), including gala dinners, awards ceremonies, business breakfasts, roundtable discussions, speaking clubs, exhibitions, and business trips to plants in Germany and Austria.

SMM.
Successfully launched, developed, implemented, and managed social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram(from 0 to 2,7k), FaceBook (from 0 to 17K), and YouTube (from 0 to 3,3K).

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS.
Designed and deployed comprehensive Marketing Communications Strategies. Crafted and distributed internal newsletters, updates, and announcements. Managed external communications with partners, clients, and media representatives. Developed press releases and other external communication materials, as well as organized press conferences.

BRAND MANAGEMENT.
Maintained and enhanced the company’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Reorganized Academy, enhancing sponsorship and collaboration with Ukrainian brands, and introducing new forms and types of events.

CONTENT CREATION & DIGITAL MARKETING.
Produced over 65 high-quality videos in collaboration with Ukrainian production studios. Created and updated website and landing pages. Planned and managed digital advertising campaigns on FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google together with agencies.
CSR.
Four projects (from idea to implementation): Installers Alley in the National Botanical Garden, a national contest for students focused on eco-friendly housing (ECO HOUSE), a national painting contest for children, and a restoration initiative for Pidhirci Castle (the last one not realized because of pandemic and war).
Creator of Women's Community, 2018-2019
Established and led a dynamic women's community dedicated to empowering women through monthly events featuring external speakers on topics such as mental health, work-life balance, meaning in life, personal growth, health and wellness, etc. Inspired and motivated women for personal and professional growth, fostering a supportive environment for women by women.
Combining art, culture, and women's empowerment. Organising events at galleries, museums, theatres, airports and collaborating with Ukrainian brands.
13 events during a year, off-line community, 200 participants.


Ideas Creator, Marketing Communications Manager, 2008-2015
ART SCHOOL.
Established the first offline art school in Kyiv for children and adults, introducing innovative approaches and ideas to foster creativity and artistic expression.

PHOTO & ART EXHIBITIONS.
Curated and organised photo projects and art exhibitions, fostering community engagement and appreciation for the arts.
Organised two personal photo exhibitions, the last include black & white portraits of people from different spheres, dedicated to the topic of our black and dark sides.
